Cas Jewellery Designs are individually handmade pieces of jewellery created from

• copper,
• solid sterling silver (92.5%),
• solid fine silver (99.9% pure),
• gold filled (12k or 14k gold layer bonded to a base metal such as brass or copper) or
• solid 9k gold

wires and sheet metal in Western Australia.

Most of my work is created from wire in viking knit weave or in a chain maille weave. from wire that has been hand wound & hand sawn into rings. The techniques I use are explained on my Jewellery Techniques page.

When I'm not totally obsessed with making jewellery and other artwork, my sister and I are addicted to genealogy. Our main research lines are our grandparents families of Southall & Scudds (dad's parents) in Australia & England, and Croymans & van den Broek (mum's parents) in Australia and Holland.
