Postage
All jewellery and beads will be sent through Australia Post in a CD mailer, box or similar (to protect beads and prevent wire from being bent) usually within 2 business days of payment clearing. I post each afternoon, if your payment arrives after the post has been taken your package will most likely be mailed the next day. Jewellery is packaged in a presentation box with an anti-tarnish strip enclosed to slow down the rate of tarnishing of your jewellery.
As the 'Your rights when shopping' publication for consumers at the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection states, the seller is responsible for replacement or refunds on purchases that aren't delivered, so I have taken the decision to require all packages be sent registered and insured for my own protection as well as yours.

I do not post by Express Post, as they are not able to be insured.
Returns
All products are inspected prior to shipping. Each order has been double checked to make sure every item you ordered has been placed in your package.
Requests for returns will be looked at on a case by case basis. Please contact me before making any returns. For health reasons, earrings cannot be returned for a full refund unless the construction is faulty. Earrings (other than those accepted as faulty construction) will have a fee taken from the refund to allow for exchanging earwires or posts for resale.
Any returns approved must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. I am not responsible for return shipping, except in cases of construction faults.
Payment methods
Within Australia, I accept payment via direct deposit or Paypal. If you are in Perth and would prefer to see the jewellery before purchase, appointments can be arranged, and cash payments will be accepted in those circumstances. Personal cheques cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
For international purchases, paypal is the only option available.
If you would like a layby arrangement, please make a note in your order or enquiry submission to confirm that it can be arranged. In most cases, it would require an immediate non-refundable 25% deposit to place your order on hold, and 15% per month for the remaining balance (5 monthly payments). Should you cancel the layby after commencing, the initial deposit is forfeited, with any additional payments refunded. Goods remain my property until the final payment has cleared, and will then be posted.
